STEPS
1. Backup security (l_fixnv1, l_fixnv2, l_runtimenv1, l_runtimenv2 and sec_efs)
2. Format RPMB
3. Erase the following regions:

l_fixnv2
l_runtimenv1
l_runtimenv2
Persistent
Userdata
4. Flash the miscdata and sec_efs files from the SEC_EDIT folder.
5. Power on, set it up, and through settings, allow OEM unlocking. DO NOT USE THE UNLOCK OPTION ON THE PANDORA TOOL!!
6. Power off, press and hold both the volume down and the power button. The bootloader unlocking menu will pop up.
7. Long press the volume up to enter device unlocking mode. Press the volume up to accept and unlock the bootloader.
8. Now power off the phone and restore security files.

9. Now boot the gadget to download mode and write the MDM 4 file. Forget not the PIT file.
