How to Factory Reset
Method 1 Normal Reset
- Turn on your mobile phone
- Go to setting
- Security setting
- Reset
- Factory reset
- Erase everything
Note everything will be erased including your data google account and everything you downloaded keep in your mind otherwise you have to back up your data
Method 2 Hard Reset
On this step everything will be erased including your Google account as when you finish the hard reset you will be required to provide an account that had connected to your mobile phone
By Hand
- Turn off your phone
- Press Volume Up And Volume Down at the same time while inserting the USB
- Release the power key when you see the logo
- keep holding the Volume up until turning it into recovery mode
- Use volume keys to select
- Go to wipe data
- Factory reset
- then Reboot

- Open unlocktool
- Select Tecno Tab
- then at the top list select 2023 generic mtk
- Click Factory reset
- Insert USB without pressing any button
- The tool will start to Format the phone
- Done
FRP
- Open unlock tool
- Click Tecno Tab
- select MTK 2023 generic at the top list you don’t need to select the phone model
- Click FRP reset
- Insert USB without pressing any key
- The tool will remove FRP
